Annie's Salads

Annie's salads are made fresh using the finest available produce in today's markets. We combine Romaine with other garden fresh vegetables to make our salads crisp and delicious.

HEARTS of PALM with JUMBO LUMP CRABMEAT - A delightful mixture of Jumbo Lump Crabmeat and Hearts of Palm tossed in a mildly spiced homemade dressing and served with toasted Pita wedges.

CAESAR SALAD - Created in Tijuana, Mexico by Italian Chef Caesar Cardini.

SPINACH SALAD - Freshly harvested Baby Spinach with warm Bacon Dressing, Mushrooms & Eggs.

GRILLED CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD - Traditional Caesar topped with char-broiled boneless breast of chicken.

GRILLED SHRIMP CAESAR SALAD - Grilled Jumbo White Gulf Shrimp atop mixed crisp Romaine lettuce & traditional Caesar dressing.

MEDITERRANEAN STEAK SALAD - Marinated Top Sirloin with chilled Romaine topped with Feta cheese, Imported Calamata Olives, Pepperoncini Peppers, & Imported flats of Anchovies. Garnished with wedges of tomatoes.

Prime Ribs of Beef

Noted for its superior age and tenderness, our Prime Rib comes from Certified Angus Beef. It is dry-aged for four weeks before cooking in specially designed ovens to insure maximum flavor and tenderness. Served with Au Jus. All of our prime rib is prepared rare to medium. We cannot ensure our commitment to excellence when ordering well-done.
